Funnily enough, I don't like cauliflower, but love cauliflower cheese. I also like cheese sauce on most veg.

The very very easiest is a carton of ready made cheese sauce from the supermarket.
The very easiest is a packet of Coleman’s cheese sauce mix added to some milk and microwaved.
Add mustard to either/both of those.
But as you don’t have either of those options and I don’t have a recipe, I’ll be quiet ;)
