Be truthful, how many of you fancy your wifes/husband/partners friend, but don't make a move, possibly because if found out, you will lose what you have?, or some other reason. I know I really fancy a couple of my wifes friends, but I love her, so I don't.

I fancy my wife's closest friend, but I wouldn't make a move because I love my wife, and I'm sure she doesn't fancy me back, so it's a no-go in all areas.

I'm sure a lot of people experience this, though in my case I fancied my ex husband's, best friend's wife. Needless to say, I didn't act on it and I think she would have been horrified by my sapphic designs on her.
I'm always amazed when people give in to these feelings and cause upset in both a marriage and friendship.

wow drusilla, there's a situation ;o)

I fancied quite a few of my ex-boyfriends mates, wouldn't have done anything about it as I loved him.... more fool me as it turned out, he didn't have quite the same take on life!

no way - even though some of my husband's friends may be considered good looking they do not have an attractive personality - he has a couple relatives that I find very attractive - physically and personality wise, but I would never consider my attraction "fancying" - I don't see how you can say that you "really fancy" your wife's mates. that seems very wrong to me. sorry.

If you think about it your partner will have friends who are roughly the same age, wear similiar clothes and have similiar interests - therefore a lot like your partner. You will probably only see these friends when they are at their best and will probably share all the good characteristics you partner has but with apparently none of the bad ones.
The grass is always greener isnt it?
Thankfully ive known my wifes friends long enough to know that they are all a pain in the a**e and frankly quite very unattractive.

No comment i'm afraid - (the missus goes on here too) !!

Well done, Metagirl!! I totally agree there is a big difference to thinking someone is hot looking or a great laugh than to actually fancying them. I certainly would never get as far as thinking about going to bed with any of them .

Although Brad actively encourages any girl/girl action I may be interested in. Men hey!!

uh, tigga, in that case your answer should be NO!! I'm afraid 'no comment' can only mean 'yes'.
school boy error tigga, school boy error!

Thanks guys, nice bit of humour in the answers, just what the doctor ordered.

Nah, she knows i dont fancy any of her mates, although i know what you mean lonnie - i have done in the past, but not made a move for the simple reason i was already taken, i went there atfterwards though !

Another one is when a girl takes you to meet the family, quite often her sister is even fitter - D'oh !!

Luckily I don't find any of my friend's wives attractive, but would never try it on, partly as they're friends and partly it's tough enough trying without a massive reason not to get someone before you even start. I have of course tried many women married to strangers and never got anywhere, though I suspect one was touch and go, but she had too much cash to lose if found out... A bit of a waste of time trying in my opinion though, unless it's their idea and how often does that happen?
Im sorry I know this doesnt concern a lot of you out there but men are pigs. You just dont hear women saying that sort of thing.
Men are honest !
