I think this dish is icelandic does anyone know the animal thats included in its preparation ?

lundi is icelandic for puffin
It's probably grilled puffin, an Icelandic delicacy - apparently it's in Bjork's contract rider that a certain number of portions of same always have to be available backstage...............
