But if such a poster came through the letterbox of my maiden aunt, who lives nearby, she might have an apoplectic fit.
They've no consideration, these advertisers.
I've tried them, wording doesn't bother me. I'm getting on but not a maiden aunt.
Yes, I get all my loo roll from them.
"But if such a poster came through the letterbox of my maiden aunt, who lives nearby, she might have an apoplectic fit."

She would have a stroke over a very mild word?

Blimey, if a word as mild as crap (allowed even by AB's over-sensitive filter) could produce apoplexy, she must live in a bubble
One of the faster growing eco-companies. They're on a roll.
It's not exactly charmin. I could imagine your maiden aunt going around the bend, Sandy.
Just so long as the product does the job I really don't care what it says on the packaging, that's just binned.
Tried it….once. It’s very thin. :-(

I think it's quite funny. Mind you, I was in a department store recently and there was a Tom Ford perfume with a very interesting name. I thought that was taking things a bit far really - so was the price.
I know the one you mean 237. Very expensive and I expect some might buy it just to have that rude name on show in their bathroom even if it smells horrible..
Sandy - if your maiden likes a wee drink of wine. This is on the market and I think it is an awful name too. The name may be blocked out but it is another name for barsteward

I've just googled the Tom Ford perfume. Came across one that might fit the bill, then scrolled down and found the big offender :0)
^^^maiden aunt
JJ I think the word fat is considered more offensive than barsteward
Gneiss… Tried it….once. It’s very thin. :-(

We called stuff like that finger through
Oops Gness*
