We are having slow roast beef, roasted onions, roasted carrots sweet potatoes and boiled baby potatoes .
With the love of my life having sweet mince pie for dessert

I had a cup of soup and some toast, don’t know what he had. We both overindulged last night on margaritas, and worse than that, opened a thing Celebrations while watching Strictly and very nearly ate the lot!!
It’s been a quiet day in our house..
Ps. Did you enjoy your anniversary meal last night?

Although a got a nice leg of pork joint for dinner, OH decided on a whim yesterday to buy from our village store 2 lamb chops for £6.30.

Don't ask.

We had them today with roasties and other veg. Roast pork tomorrow, no room for it in the freezer.
