Buffalo steaks
Had roast leg of pork, Bobbi. All the trimmings - home made stuffing and sour apple sauce, thanks to some apple cider vinegar. Can't stand the sweet bottled stuff. It was delicious and the dogs patiently wait for their little bit of crackling :)
Red - do you have to remove the horns to get them to fit the grill/pan?

APG, we make similar gravy :) The flavour is massive!
Choix, one of my favourites, I just love gravy :-)
I won't buy Bisto or the like. Why would you when you have the meat juices to start off the crowning glory to your meal?! I always make more than I need for our meal to give the dogs a treat on their dinners.
Confession time I make my gravy with meat juice vegetables water and a bit of bisto

I find it thickens beautifully

Just had ours and it was delicious, the only time I use salt is to salt the veg, I looked all over for the salt…I’d put it in the fridge :0))))
