Hi folks, Hopkirk raised a thread on mixing peanut butter and marmite, sounds good to me! What odd food combos do you like that others don't? Eg...I love chips with salad cream...bliss!

Cheese and jam sandwich.

Chips and salad cream here too, just having a corned beef and brown sauce sarnie , got to be Marksies brown sauce though ,apple , grapes with fruit cake ,yummy

Anotner I recently tried is plum tomatoes dipped in chilli houmous!

You can dip anything in chilli houmous - well, with the curtains drawn.

Chips in tomato soup.

Bacon doused with maple syrup - but that's fairly normal where I come from.

By accident recently, I discovered that olives and fresh coriander leaf go together rather well...

Sprinkle of salt on a slice of sweet juicy Charentais melon.

All sounding wonderful to me! Mind, when there's pineapple on pizza I pick it off, doesn't work for me, yet I'll have cheese n pineapple on cocktail sticks!

Just thought, a blob of tomato sauce and a bag of crisps....

Grilled marmite toast. Then covered with thick yoghurt and slices of tomato. Pouched eggs in addition if very hungry.
