does anyone like them, and if so can you recommend any, i have potato and leek ones, but would like to try something different. I can't handle anything spicy, so no chilli....

I find them too salty. I'd rather one of those fresh chilled soups.
^yes, the best alternative to homemade (and sometimes better) is fresh, chilled soup. Soup-in-a cup types have zero nutritional value.
If you find them too chemically, try Vegetable Bouillon - I use it instead of meat stock, and it makes a nice drink with a slice of bread.

i used to like bovril, but can't stomach it now
I love Heinz Tomato soup and when they brought out a cup-a-soup I was a bit doubtful but it is really good. Only bought it to take on holiday for when himself is fishing and is ideal for using up the ends of baguettes that are going dry.

Chicken and leek love them ones I'm not so keen on the Oxtail but cream of mushroom is a hit in my eyes.
A tin of soup heated in the microwave takes the same time as a kettle does to boil.
Ainsley Harriott broccoli and stilton and Pea and ham are both nice, the wild mushroom has better flavour than the original cup a soup
If you like beetroot head to the polish food section for instant Barcscz, clear beetroot soup I sometimes have it instead of tea or coffee
Marigold Swiss vegetable bouillon powder makes a nice hot drink. 1tsp in a cup of boiled water.
The tin I buy is a bit expensive, about £7 I think, but there's enough in it to make 25 litres.

I used to like the big shot mug pasta ones which are quite filling but I over did it and now I've gone off them.

I don't like the vegetable broccolli or cauliflower - yet in a cup a soup find it very tasty. Another nice one is Golden Vegetable, sometimes there mightn't be enough so throw in two for good value.
Any dried/packet/tinned soups are absolutely disgusting and filled with awful additives. Making your own is so easy and nutritionally so much better for you.
I used to buy the beetroot soups from the Polish section, very tasty.

My downfall in Winter used to be a mug of Oxo with chunks of white buttered bread.
