Not sure what's on for today, nothing on the calendar. I'm sure I'll think of something. Just thought of something. I'll go over Stinchcomb Hill and drop down to The Old Spot for lunch. Sorted! :o}

Morning emmie xxx No cloud in sight here, the sub will be up shortly. The last few days have been kept cool by a chilly wind, but that seems to have gone now, so I might be able to laze in the sun later.
When paces will reopen i have no idea. my hairdresser to open soonest, I'm beginning to look like a hippy!

i am awaiting various couriers, been buying up amazon, decided yesterday that i would like to change the furniture in the living room, will keep the sofa and chair, but get rid of all the tables and so i bought a whole suite of new tables etc, it was fun i confess. I had some extra money from the DWP, which has paid for it all.
plus my mate is coming over later on, so we can sit on the balcony and have a drink, and mull over life and all that

Mornig emmie. Furniture? Had a load of fun yesterday helping my daughter assemble a bed she'd bought from IKEA. Did I say fun? Don't ask!

i had to assemble a table i bought, admittedly it was only putting the legs on but that took me half an hour

Vera? That was my sisters' name. She died 5 years ago. I Miss her loads but remember her with a smile.

Morning Birdies. Another beautiful morning. Gonna be a hot one. It was 26C(that is 79f in old money) up here yesterday with not a breath of wind. Nothing much in the way of tasks or chores to do, we are on top of all that, so perhaps a trip down to the sea shore and a stroll on the beach before it starts to get busy next week. Can even have a paddle in the sea. Before that though I am going to arrange for my motor to have an MOT. I believe that they are to start tests up again next week and though I got the 6 month extension I think that it may be a bit busy by then as everybody tries to catch up. So will get it done handy on.
