mulled wine

anybody got a recipe or a link for non alcoholic mulled wine? it's for a works christmas lunch, thats why no alcohol

Bottle Green do a spiced fruit cordial (available in many supermarkets & delis) that can be used with the addition of hot water, wine etc. Very morish!

What you need, instead of Gl�hwein, is Kindergl�hwein:

Pour 1 litre of red grape-juice into a casserole. Add 150 grams of honey, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves and peels of half a lemon and half an orange. Heat, but do not cook. Strain into preheated glasses.

you can also mull cranberry juice, use the same spices and recipe as for wine, don't boil it
