Friday. All is tranquil outside, but there is wall to wall cloud. We shall see what developes.
I've no idea what today holds, so I may go and see what's occurring on the canal, I'm on duty in the Visitor Centre tomorrow.

Happy Friday. I have a massive box of paperwork to make a start on. I've got until Monday evening though.

Morning lina xxx I'm fine now thank you. Two cancerous polyps were removed. I could see everything on the screen. It was fascinating, but It's not something I'm in any hurry to repeat!

Good, yes it's one of those things you'd rather not.

Indeed. The Professor who carried out the procedure told me if they had not been removed the cancerous tissue would have spread and could possibly have killed me in about three years.

Regular checks then every few years waterman.

Yes indeed. There is a test every two years. That's what picked it up.

Is that connected to long term acid reflux?

No. Different animal all together.

Ah o.k. I asked because my husband had the same procedure, but it was acid reflux. Right, got to go ... I'd love to go right back to bed again! Tomorrow a lie in, good day all x

I'm good. Went to bed at a normal time but HE woke me up. Not really his fault, he's fast asleep, but I hate being touched while I'm sleeping, simply because it wakes me up.

Anyway, I've made his lunch (not something I do everyday, just when I'm bored :-)

Just deciding on today's meals. I'm thinking sweet potato soup and bacon & cabbage...

Maybe I should have some toast or something!! Stop me thinking about food this early.
