My brother and I were crazy about this dessert. It was in a packet, containing a powder which was mixed with, we think, milk (maybe an egg also) to form a cake mix which was then baked in the oven, and served as a baked pudding. Is it available anywhere - abroad maybe? Or does anyone know the constituents?

Oh I loved creamola Pamela & so did all my family. As I was the only one who could find it in my local shops I used to buy several packets at a time - they must have wondered what I did with it all!

I've saved the recipe Buenchico!
