Hmmm.... actually your question is on the cutting edge of new science... Avigdor Cahaner, of the Hebrew University in Israel has developed a gentically modified featherless chicken.  It's so new it doesn't have a trade name.  It's not well received and probably will just be one othose ideas that was a flash in the pan, so to speak.  Really ugly bird... check here:
