Monday The oneth of December. Now the nonsense leading up to silly season really starts.

The fog cleared yesterday and the sun came out, I was out and about without a jacket again. crazy!

Tiggy still up and about. Comes for his supper at about six now, eats half of it, goes off and comes back about 8.30 to finish it off. What he does then I have no idea!

Morning wendi xxx Nice to see you so early. :o} I have guests coming for dinner on Saturday. Old friends, always a pleasure to have them here. Good food I hope! a drink or six and good conversation. How better to pass an evening? They live 5 minutes away.

Hi again. All ok here. Zumba for me this morning.
Dec 1st, the countdown begins. Never mind, soon be Dec 26th and it'll all be over.
Can't believe old Tiggy is still about. Just shows how mild it is so far this winter. Still don't have my heating on yet.

I have the heating on. The temperature can drop very quickly Here.

Yes jan I think I chose the right day and was In And out early before the crowds .had my list so I knew what I was in for makes a difference when you know what you want

It does indeed wendi. I usually take a list and, as you say, in and out quickly. If I forget the list I'm faffing about trying to remember what I want. Invariably miss the most important item.

It soared up to 14 today in the Toronto area! You're quite right, waterboatman, Hurricane Humbug is steathfully, insidiously, and ominously sidling closer and closer:)

Wendi, I am the world's top list maker. I have lists everywhere and ALWAYS forget to take them when I go out. Not one to be daunted though, I make more lists. They're in my wallet, on the fridge, beside my bed, in various pockets. In fact I've got a list here beside the laptop so I can jot down item as I think of them. Yes, I'm a saddo!

It hit 15 here yesterday afternoon. It soon cooled down though.

jan nothing wrong with making lists. I do too, A great sense of satisfaction ticking off the last item. :o}

I remember seeing Michael Palin doing his trip Pole to Pole and he was at the North Pole and said "it's now mid summer here and the temperature has soared to minus 5 " !!! OMG, I thought.
