Did anyone see Breakfast this morning when the wonderfully fit,very elderly choreographer was talking about fitness, she said something about her nipples which I didn't catch, did anyone else?

It was on Breakfast TV and her flexibility was amazing, almost doing a splits as well and saying that a woman needed to keep her crotch open. How astute she is......

I know what she means. If, in your mind you walk around, imagining you are pointing your nipples forward, you will automatically walk/stand in a more upright position. It's the same as imagining you have a piece of string attached to the top of your head, pulling it upwards.

Both of those images are used in ballet teaching.
