try cooks.com or google diane sauce, load of recipes come up  and its really simple to make.I dont know if you can buy it ready made but if you did it would probably be full of unnecessary ingrediants.

I think you may be confusing Steak Diane with a sauce. Steak Diane is a recipe whereby you cook the steak in the sauce. The sauce is not separate. See the following link for the recipe:

I* always use this sauce and it is delicious.

Finely chop 1 medium onion and fry in butter till soft, add half teaspoon english mustard and 1 level teaspoon of french mustard mix well take off heat add brandy to taste usually 1 shot is enough mix well add 5oz of double cream, mix.  When sauce is needed just gently heat through until bubbles appear take off heat immediately and pour over steak.

I use 5oz cream to 1 onion but if more sauce needed double recipe dont just add more cream or more onion it wont taste the same.

I have used white wine (red is not the same) or a small shot of sherry when I have no brandy but it needs two shots of white wine.

Sorry Champagne, but in places such as Australia there is a sauce called "Dianne". Whilst the sauce is used with steak, its wonderful flavor goes well with several vegetable and potato dishes, including chips. It's a fantastic sauce whose rich, creamy flavor shouldn't be confined to steak alone.
