but I have bought a packet of bean sprouts instead of noodles. They do look very similar!

Change of plan. Chicken stir fry with lots of bean sprouts and wild brown rice.

So do I but there are loads in the stir fry pack as it is, woof. Extra beansprouts coming up!

We did enjoy, Chip but it was very filling..................I'm stuffed.

You can have too much of a good thing though, Yont. Beansprout overload here.
We keep a big jar on its side with a few mung beans kept moist and pick the beansprouts when we want 'em.
Yes, I know what you mean, Yilly, pity you couldn't have had some noodles mixed with them.
Did you know that if you stir-fry sliced radishes they have the same taste and texture as water chestnuts?
^ soul boy eats beansprouts but not gravy - what do you have them with when you have a Chinese then?
stir fry radishes are fab stewey - been over the field yet?
Soy sauce, hippy chick, well I think that's what the Chinese takeaway puts on it anyway.
HS, in about 10 minutes I shall don my apparel and crunch across that field.
Oyster sauce does the job too.
