Love these.... But instructions on jar say store in fridge & eat within 3 weeks.

Do they really need to be stored in the fridge? It kinda spoils them when they are so cold

I keep the jar on my worktop but often the oil grows mould in about two weeks. Alternatively, if you have a microwave, put what you want on a plate and give them 10 seconds at low or medium. I do the same with cherry tomatoes which i also hate cold.
Dish up a serving from the jar and leave it out for around an hour before you'll want it - same as with cheese.
blimey heathfield, do you know you will want olives an hour before? i dont!
Usually plan menus the day before, Woofie!
Most "store in fridge" foodstuffs should be taken out well before use....jam, for instance.
I don't keep my jam in the fridge.
but olives aren't a "menu" thing, they are a "peckish, grab a few and crusty bread" thing.
...well, we all have different ideas about olives...and jam..Who would have thought...?
I know gingelbee its a real gobsmacker isn't it?
