I love broccolli.
My husband's favourite is brussels sprouts!

And the only way to cook them is to steam them I reckon.

Go on then, what's yours?

Peas probably. No fear of slugs or nasty bits, and so easy to cook!
Yep, steaming's good. My favourite's cauliflower, but I like all veg, except parsnip - bleugh!
Love all veg, hate celery though!  My favourites are green beans and I love to feel them squeak in my mouth!
Brussels sprouts no contest, boiled into a mush, served with oodles of white pepper and extra hot chilli sauce.

LOL MFEWELL wouldn't fancy going to the bathroom after you!!

I didn't say but I absolutely detest peas and sweetcorn - those little green and yellow balls rolling around all over your plate - they're just nasty!

The only way I can eat carrots is cut into julienne strips, sprinkled with caraway seeds, steamed, then served drizzled with butter. Broccoli also steamed but the spice has to be  ground nutmeg.

I'll leave parsnips and swede to the braver types!

Spring cabbage, yummy!
Swede and carrot mashed together with plenty of butter and black pepper.
Spring green.
Any veg really!
Potatoes!
i love all veg really but sprouts are probably my fave.

Spring greens (boiled but still with crunch), mashed swede with loads of black pepper, roasted parsnips, steamed broccolli or steamed spinach.

I too hate peas, espcially 'petit pois'.  Stupid stupid veggies.

Carrots - with peas a close second!

Until I met my (now) wife 5 years ago, I hated practically all vegetables. Her cooking turned me round, and now I love sprouts! Also like potatoes, broccoli, carrots and swede, but I'm still a bit iffy about onions and won't touch cauliflower or gherkins.

I think the secret is not to boil the bejasus out of vegetables which is what my parents used to do.

Peas, fresh out of the pod, 2 pounds at a sitting. Only available at this time of the year, so got to make the most of them.

Anyone got a hot air balloon that needs inflating?

peas or sweet potatoes
Asparagus!
Try slicing the sprouts thinly, and stir fry with ginger (fresh or powdered). Delicious
