I insist on dodecahedron shape as a safety measure.
Mine are snowflake shaped : )
sorry, thought flapjacks was a euphemism
I could understand round ones but a flapjack with 4 corners instead of 3 being safer just amazes me...
I fail to see how cutting something with three corners into something with four corners eliminates the safety issue of getting hit in the eye with said corner?

Am I being silly?

Yes - but the school started it!!!
My mind boggles at the logic(?) that says 3 corners dangerous/4 corners safe.......

Maybe clamp down on kids having food fights, rather than banning pointy-shaped food. Or is that just too obvious?
@ kiki...too logical maybe?

''Ninja star shaped'' pmsl
How about a particularly honed piece of Ryvita?
I make round ones out of rubber, just to be on the safe side.
Are they going to ban Dairylea cheese triangles - and full exclusion if you threaten anyone with a Toblerone...

Bureaucracy gone mad.
The boys at my school used to fold paper and card into triangles which they called Chelsea bricks but they weren't. They bloody hurt if they got launched at you though! There was always the one boy who would do it and then offer to rub it better..... (this was high school btw!)
Mmmmm I want a toblerone now!!
Its madness and ott, they should look at preventing food fights rather than banning everything.
