Cornflour

A few weeks ago I was making a pavlova and you only use like a teaspoon or two- so it was that long that I made a pavlova forgot about cornflour and bought another bloody box - is there anything I can use it for - please don't say gravy. Any other uses - thanks for any replies.

Thickening any sauce, making tempura batter. Keeps for ages though.
