Lots of people pop it in their mouth then sip their coffee. It's entirely up to the individual. I personally pop it in my bag!

LOL coccinelle, that made me laugh.........does your bag enjoy it.!! sorry.! it just made me laugh. and I did try to suck it then chew it but it left hard bits in my mouth.
