I'm having roast pork with a cider and mustard sauce, roast potatoes, honey roasted carrots and parsnips and peas.
Venison steaks and sweet potato chips - that sounds like heaven to me. OH wants sirloin steak and oven chips for his tea. But yours sounds much nicer.
Cheese burger and chips, from the chippy.
I'm have that extemely healthy meal of barbecued spare ribs and chips.
Pork steaks marinated in hoisin sauce with garlic and ginger, jacket spuds and roasted mixed veg. Sounds good to me!
I've been cooking all weekend. I made sausage, chorizo and bean stew, cottage pie, meatballs & spagetti, and macaroni cheese with ham, gruyere, peas and breadcrumb and pecorino crust. I've potted it all into little pots and put them in to the freezer for Little Tiggs. Should last a few months.

I'm knackered but I'm going to make myself an omelette with the leftover chorizo and gruyere in a bit.
Just made 4 humongous pork, sweet chilli, garlic and coriander burgers which I shall be stuffing in to warm stone baked Ciabatta rolls and topping with slices of red onion, tomato, dollops of black pepper mayo and serving with a side order of crispy onion rings. Burp.
hubby has a curry on the go, lubbly jubbly
I've found a very small portion of smoked haddock chowder in the freezer. I had lunch earlier so it should see me through and if it doesn't I have a fine selection of cheese to snack on.....
Never again am I having what we had for supper last night suring the week....Tuna Nicoisse, boiled eggs, broad beans in another pot, baby pots in another pot, tuna being lightly fried in a frying pan, small petit pans in the oven (in another baking tray), salad in a salad bowl, and alll the cutlery to go with it, plus ALL the planning around making it, keeping it warm while I served up etc etc. It was however VERY VERY scrumptous with an orange and salad dressing and sliced lemon.....all done whilst trying to tidy the house, go to my excercise class, and eventually relax before bedtime....too much planning and hassle, but an extremely tasty change to our normal bland teatime!!!
