Bought two pieces of salmon from M&S thinking they needed cooking...

Reading the packaging I see that they have already been poached. Do I just take them out of the fridge and let them warm to room temperature?

depends if you want to eat them hot or cold - you could heat them up in a microwave or steamer -or even in a little white wine with water -or eat them cold in a salad with some hollandaise or mayonnaise (can i come for tea please) x
