I've made a cheesecake but stupidly used low fat philly, it's a bit to runny in the tin, would baking it set it a bit?
Thanks for any replies RR

I've never baked a cheesecake before but know there are plenty of recipes out there, don't think they melt and go runny. FGT, no setting agent, just a recipe I've always used but changed mascarpone to light philly. Recipe for filling is just mascarpone, icing sugar and lime juice/zest. Never mind, won't do that again. Thank you all and enjoy the rest of your day. X
