Chilli, bolognese etc always tastes better the earlier it is cooked

Dont know about you, but whenever I am going to have something like chilli, or spaghetti bolognese, I always make it in the morning, then slowly re heat it that evening and let it simmer for a while. I just seems to taste better and the flavours have really improved.

Great minds.....I have spent the morning making both chilli and bolognese, both are cooling t be separated into containers, into the freezer. I now have steak out ready to do a beouf burginon.! choices...

lol, just re-read my post. I put " I just seem to taste better" !! I meant IT just seems to taste better......lol
yes with you all there , much better made in advance then reheated
Several things taste much better the next day eg today's sweet/sour red cabbage casserole is a few days old.
It's the same with Indian/Chinese takeaways. I can never eat a whole one but find the remainder microwaved the following day much tastier.

Oops! Having chilli tonight, and just realised what time it is. Better start on it now!
Made chilli from scratch yesterday. Just had it on nachos with grated cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Yummyyyy!

............and always had a cube of plain chocolate in these sauces, yum, Have been known to put crunchy choc in desperation!
