Anyone gor a nice Turkish recipe or two?????

I know I could Google...but thought I would ask here for inspiration.Anyone have interesting Turkish ideas for a dinnerparty.?
I have friend coming for Easter...and we all had a great hoilday together in Turkey

well i dont know if these are interesting but they are nice....

yaprax is lovely but its a faff to make (i just eat other peoples lol).... if you google biber asi or kiymali nohut they are a couple of easy dishes to make and both tasty, we eat them as main dish but they could be used as a side dish or starter i guess and something really nice for main course. You could make sweets for afters, theres these lovely ones my husband buys but they are really easy to make, i cant remember the name of them at the minute but if i do i'll come back..
Cous-cous, chicken, or prawn maybe. You'll need some harissa from your deli. serve with robust red wine, ideally Moroccan, lots of recipes on BBC website.
