You'd be better off with a low carb diet...then you are more likely to go into fat-burning.
Wholemeal bread and wholewheat pasta is a good source of fibre as is brown rice. Wheatgerm sprinked on porridge or other cereal is good.
A low carb diet will leave you far too drained and lacking in energy to do exercise classes.

my trainer said high fibre low fat and keep off processed... i now have cereal for breakfast ( which i never ate a breakfast)... taking a chicken salad to work for lunch... so can you suggest any evening meals?... crisps is my downfall as snacks lol
As above - various pasta dishes with wholewheat pasta. I`m not sure about avoiding processed though. I don`t eat processed food as in ready meals etc but there`s nothing wrong with ready made pasta sauces like pesto or tomato ones. Beans and pulses are also very good (chilli with kidney, cannellini or pinto beans), jacket potato with baked beans. You could make chick pea curry, lentil soup or just have salads and bulk out more fibre with a wholemeal roll/wholemeal pitta on the side. Dried fruit is also good for fibre but for God`s sake don`t be in anyone`s company after eating dried apricots :-)
