Picture wont upload & ebay explained its my java (ticked)..... any idea to the blockage ?

Are you on the basic or enhanced picture upload, tambo? I find the the basic one far too basic.

tambo, are you still having problems? I listed some new stuff yesterday, it was slow but it worked ok. It's worth an email to eBay if you are still not able to upload, I found they got back to me quite quickly with technical problems.
