Take it easy, first cup of tea, second, tidy your desk drawer and count your pens and pencils, next, cup of tea, adjust your chair height and acknowledge all colleagues. Tea break. Go to the loo and go for a ciggie outside/smoking room. Sort out files and check your computer. Lunch Time. etc. You'll be back on track in no time. good luck ttfn.
Ena went to the docs on Monday, post hospital, and it seems I was very lucky. Just went in for my M o t and it seems I was heading for a stroke. Didnt have a clue!!!

Cheers, anne. I shall be fine. Dare I tell you I never do breakfast? Not stopping for lunch either - frightened I will lose any momentum I may have after nearly 11 months. Thudddd. I have at least done some food shopping on my way home from the hospital, having taken great delight in returning that ruddy monitor lol. I hope you are getting some rest now - we wee devils need to take care of ourselves. Sweet dreams, anne, ttfn ♥♥♥
I dont know you at all ttfn, but how can you be at your best with no breakfast and no lunch. Apparently breakfast is our most important meal of the day. I always have porridge with yogurt, banana and strawberries or raspberries. Anyway best of luck, but do think about eating regularly. Your health depends on it.
