Yes. If its a dated vintage, better still, if not, should be fine anyway - although any wine under cork can be off, or tainted / corked. Had a bottle of Ch. Smith Haut Lafitte last night that was awful.

i Thought if you kept champagne and wine on its side, in wine rack they were all ok as the cork doesnt dry out. might be wrong though
