Of course you can. Simply look up mulled wine recipes on Google
if yiu fancy something slightly different make some swedish glogg. red wine is heated with spices (I like cinnamon and clove) sugar to taste and vodka or aquavit. serve in a heatproof glass with some almonds and raisens in the bottom. Yummy!

Thank you. Sounds lovely.
hi ice, u can but the mulled wine 'tea bags' from sainsbury's. Just pour the wine into a saucepan, add the mulled wine bag (containing all the ingredients to turn the wine into mulled wine) and add a drop of whisky or brandy, some sliced apple or orange or bit of both, a drop of orange juice, and a teaspoon of honey and MMMMMM!!!

Or alternatively buy a botle of sainsbury's mulled wine and add the ingredients to it as above (but without the bag obviously) enjoy with a hot mince pie. Ho Ho Ho!
Two bottles red wine - nothing too heavy, a merlot is probably best - a large brandy, about 8 allspice berries, a cinnamon stick, two star anise, one orange cut in half and studded with cloves, 1 tablespoon of molasses sugar. Heat very gently, don't boil. Delish!
