Used to be Toffee, but I found I couldn't control myself and scoffed the whole lot, so I stick to dark chocolate - which isn't so easy to gorge on!

I love gianduja chocolates, got some when I went to Milan and they're gorgeous, they sell them in Cafe Nero too so may get some in for Christmas.

I'm not a big chocolate eater though so will just pick one probably.

thanx haysi, I think the diet industry should bottle the symptoms "no tastebuds and no appetite" Im expecting to lose another half a stone when the noro virus eventually hits :S
