ok thanks for that, i really would just rather move on with my life nowbut due to his controlling ways he is making it increasingly difficult. do you reckon given his circumstances and the lack of time hes had with lily that they will grant him parental responsibilty?
WILL THEY GIVE HIM RESPONSIBILITY... i would hope not by the sounds of things , lillys father is hardly a good role model for her from a man DONT DO IT PLEASE
unfortunatly the courts do give out these orders like candy these days to fathers ....but you should go to a solicitor and if they are good they will be able to prove to the court that he is no good as a father or in anyway be responsible for his child.....do not sign anything until you have spoken to a solicitor i know its hard but you must be strong for your child and if you think you can just run away from it you are wrong if you do nothing he will get it and your nightmare will just get worse....best of luck
