Does anyone know of a web site that gives info on Calorie and Fat (total not just saturated) content of foods?

There are plenty but you will need to spend a bit of time finding the best one. Search at Google for foods then search within results for calories then fat. Hope this helps.

http://atkinscenter.com/ - very good for giving nutritional information but the downside (if you're not from the USA) is that everything is USA'ised
