Has anyone heard of this diet and can you tell me what it consists of? I read today about a man who lost a shed load of weight in 20weeks! The pictures are outstanding.

Also, if you know any other good diets that are online for free than can you let me know where.

Many Thanks

it is just a very low calorie diet based plan. I would recommend you take your weight in lbs and multiply it by 10, that is the amount of calories you should eat to maintain your weight. Aim at 500 less than every day to lose a couple of pounds a week, more if you want to lose more. Eat a good variety of foods. I find a small handfull of nuts helps stop me binge eating and if I get really hungry i clean my teeth cause food tastes rubbish after that anyway. Thats just what works for me tho, plus I excercise everyday 45 mins of cardio and 20 mins of that is as hard as I can push myself.
Here is the link to the Cambridge Diet. It consists of buying and drinking over-priced replacement meals that are full of artificial colours and preservatives and gua gum that makes you feel full.

Gua gum also makes you feel bloated and causes flatulence.

I done the cambridge diet about 9 or 10 years ago,it was milkshakes for breakfast and lunch then a proper dinner, yeah i lost loads and loads of weight in a really short time but once you start eating again it goes straight back on you are just wasting your money and its damned expensive as well.
I agree with electricblue. I have tried most diets including the Cambridge Diet. Yes! they all work but more often than not you end up putting the weight back on. The best way to lose weight is to simply cut back on cakes, bread, biscuits. sweets. ready meals and takeaways to name a few. lso try and do some form of excercise even if it is just walking. You will still lose weight all be it a bit slower but you probably won't put it back on again. Good Luck.
