My aunts house she rents is filled with mold and the ceiling are collapsing so the landlord is gonna have the house burned down. My aunt has a cat that is hiding in the house somewhere. We set a trap so we could trap the cat and bring it to the trailer my aunt is living in. So I'm worried about the cat, but as I was looking for the cat, i looked in the attic, and there was ray droppings all over the place, so there are rats likely living in the house.

No.

Is 'Family and Relationships' really the right category for this question?

I would expect the wildlife to spot the danger and get the heck out as fast as they could.
It must be quite a strain, living in a fantasy world where builders or even demolition operatives don't exist.
Seems an odd - not to mention dangerous - way to demolish a house. Is that legal?
Rats lives matter
LOL Brian.
With an imagination like yours, you should be a best-selling novelist, not writing to entertain a small but skeptical audience such as AB
