My (hazy) memory tells me that Safeway (remember them?) used to do something similar - you had to have certain items in your trolley to signal to other singlets, I think ... ?

Well I remember Safeway, Dave.......accused me of stealing a hundred dollars worth of groceries and the trolley the paid for groceries were in.....that was fun.........☺

But I don't recall the singles thing......bit like OMO or DAZ packets in the window?.....x
