Judging by your other posts, you are under some strain at the moment. Anxiety can be totally exhausting. Try to look after yourself and relax when you can.
hi dick, a trip to the doctors is certinly on the cards, or your HIV nurse/consultant perhaps?
also from your previous postings, you have done lot of abusing your body with alcohol by the sound of it, which will inevitably take it's toll as you get older
I think a trip to the doctors would be a good idea. No harm in getting blood tests done for anaemia, perhaps vitamin deficiency. Take care
///instead of wasting money on berrocca etc///
Berrocca does contain Vitamin B12

Didn't you have weightloss surgery? If so then are you having your B12 injections and taking all your vitamins?
dannyk13, there's not enough B12 in Berrocca for dieseldick's needs. The chemist was right.

Apart from: "Berocca certainly is not a waste of money, its full of essential vitamins which would support a healthy diet."
All good advice from belladonner.
With a diagnosis of HIV and a gastric sleeve along with excessive alcohol consumption I'd have a chat with my GP for knowledgeable and informed feed back.

belladonner......my post was not malevolent to you and indeed i agreed with the rest of your post.
If one has a healthy diet, one doesn't need supplements, in my opinion, but dieseldick has a rather complicated medical history and if blood tests confirm a vitamin deficiency "may" need supplementary intake but in medically directed doses and not in a "bottled concoction".

Just my opinion.
If DD has had a gastric sleeve he should be on vitamin supplements for the rest of is life - unless he has stretched what's left of his stomach and is back to eating normally!
