Bt Email

Could somebody please explain to me in very simple language what has happened to BT email and why I cannot access the emails in my inbox?

They should have been telling you over the last few weeks that they were changing things
there might be a few flags on their main site.....

despite these warnings mine is working OK -so far

Mine is a right pain too. Sometimes Ok although it wants a password all the time, but today it refuses to acknowledge me at all. Now I have just managed to log in, but as soon as I clicked on the email it threw me out and asked for the password again. Over and over its doing it. Gurrr

Tod me months ago it was changing. Got through that. This is new. Completely different. Looks dodgy.

Finally (after many ifs....) managed to contact BT by phone. Was told that the they are aware of this particular problem and that it should be fixed in 24 -48 hours. Whoop de doo!

Craft, some of us when attempting to log on have been faced with a completely different and garbled page which does not allow logging on.

I've logged on first time this morning, and not a single request for a password. How about you Daisy?
