Ticket Master and See Tickets have both crashed. Does this mean that tickets are being sold...or is the fact that everyone is trying to log on at the same time and none are being sold?

It does happen when there are occasional surges - it's not worh the companies paying for additioanl web space to accomodate these spikes in demand - it's worth the occasional intermitent crashes - they are the kings of the market, so they will soon pickup again.

Yes, I would imagine that the response has crashed for everyone.

If they are operating a fair system, the requests should be 'queued' and dealt with in order of receipt, but I don't know if that is how they are programmed.
