hey im a sixteen years old and last night when having sex i had these really bad pains(im sure i dont have to exlpain where) and for a few hours after i still had this pain. it still hurts when i pee. last night wasnt my first time, the first time it hurt a bit.. but was bearable and didnt hurt afterwards. this time it was so bad we had to stop.

i would just like to know what this could be and what could be done. however, please not too many links.. unless really necessary because ive looked at many sites about STIs and stuff. just some advice would be good cheers!!

Hiya. It might be that you were tense particularly, if as you say, you experienced pain the first time you had intercourse. If you are still having pain when you pee go and see your doctor or may be the Family Planning Clinic, where most of the doctors are female.

I know you said you didn't want too many links but that's exactly what I'm going to do, mainly cos if I post the articles, the Ed will have a fit!!

I think you should try a different position (im presuming u were on top) cos sometimes it can hurt me if you don't get the positioning right and the angle is wrong (if u get me!!)

I get that all the time and always have done (am 21 now). I was tested for STD's as a precaution a while ago but all clear - i can't explain it but just to let you know you're not the only one!!
You may have mild cystitis brought on by sex - the thrusting action can sometimes bruise the bladder slightly. Alternatively, you may have a cervical erosion, which is harmless but you really need to go to the doctor or see a nurse at the surgery.
