my husband keeps getting really bad cramps.. especially in his legs. he's a chef and on his feet most of the day - i don't know if that has anything to do with it. it's getting to the stage that simple excersise really hurts. does anyone know what causes cramps and/or how to get rid of them? cheers

If simply exercise hurts he isnt warming up properly and this is making him get cramp when he exercises. Also lack of salt causes cramping or he has poor blood circulation
