Okay so i have a 3 month old son, i am not with his father, and have not been since i was 6 weeks pregnant. At 3 months of my pregnancy i got with another man, which is still around and we are planning on getting married in August of 2009. Is it possible without getting permission of his biological father, seein how he isnt on the birth certificate, to put the soon to be step-father on the birth certificate?

Why should you be able to put your new man on the birth cert, he isn't the father. You may be able to change your son's surname to your married name by deedpoll.

as much as you wish things were other than they are, they are not. Your boyfriend is NOT the chlds father and therefore should not go on the birth certificate. You can call the child whatever surname you want. The fathers name will have to be left blank unles the father comes with you.
