hi, my baby boy was born over 6 weeks premature. he is now 13 weeks old, and as the health professionals chart his development they do so as if he was born at his actual due date, effectivley now he is a 7 week old baby.
he is on hungry baby food, and on 5 ounces of it every four hours, although he will sleep 6 or 7 hours at night time. Recently he is wide awake after feeding and i think he is still hungry as he sucks on his dummy like theres no tomorrow. i dont know whether to up his feeds or wait a couple more weeks for him to grow a little more.
Has anyone had a premature baby, and if so can they give me any advice on feeding and growing and development etc.
Thanx.

My little boy was 4 weeks early. I agree totally with Julie21dave and angel12 - try another oz in the bottle.
