Too slim is one size under the current me and too fat is one size over.
I find personal contentment in it.

good answer - but sitting on the fence there a little !!

I like the number 14
I have always been slim, and always wanted to be more curvy. I find it frustrating when they always show programes about women who are slightly larger. But never consider women who are slim, and who would really love a fuller figure.
There is a saying amongst us men and im sure that most fellas will agree....its 'you have a real womans body' may not mean much to many but alot to some...one needs something to hold and squeeze ;-)

Yeah, Stevie, and if you don't have that body. It makes you feel as bad as a larger lady would feel, who wants to be slimmer.

Us women just cannot win lol
The point i was trying to make petal, was that each person has his or her likes, and to be honest if i was a woman,i wouldnt give a **** what any bloke thought,as long as i could look in the mirror and be content then thats enough,if i wasnt then id do something about it until i was
Yep. I do get splinters sometimes too Redhead.

I am a 16/18. I'm OK with that. If I crept up to 20, and I have been there, I may do do something about it. I have no opinion on what is too slim. Never will be so I dont waste my time.

Any woman concerned about their body should watch How to Look Good Naked. Some of the young nakeds on there make this middle ager feel great.

There is far too much obsession with our body shape and size. Unless unhealthily too big or too small, we should try and accept ourselves and get on with living.

valid points there r girl xx
I agree with RG - it wouldn't do if everyone just looked like the next person. Size depends on several factors - inherited, greed, illness and so on, and what's right for one, wouldn't be for another. There's too much emphasis on what we're "supposed" to look like.
I agree with Rabbitygirl, although my only concern is people are told to love themselves no matter what and I sometimes think but your a right proper bloater, lose some weight before you die. I have been unhealthily overweight and it wasn't nice and I really believe deep down these supposedly big beautiful women ( you know the 20 stone ones) aren't happy about it, despite all their "I'm fat and proud and loving it"lines.

As for what is too big, its all relative to height. I'm 5ft9 and am the same size as my 5ft1 mate and she looks positively chunky. Its no good saying a size 14 sounds nice. It might look nice on someone above 5ft4 to you but on someone who is 5ft, you might perceive them as fat.
Oh and the having something to hold on to. Never ever make the compliment "It's nice lying in bed next to you with some girls it's like sharing a bed with a bag of bones"...... it makes her want to cry inside, even if you meant it nicely.

You know who you are!!!!
Put it this way - possibly the biggest sex icon of last century (Marilyn Monroe) was a size 14. Nuff said.
i lost almost 3 stone in the new year and i now look better than i did i think = i only went down one size now a 14 but i do love my curves lol
Oh and on the topic of 'how to look good naked' - what a totally misleading and hypocritical show. The reason most women feel uncomfortable naked is that they are missing the 100% biggest and best way to fill yourself with confidence and feel positively awesome which is good solid excercise. Our society as a whole is basically living a sedentary lifestyle. No tightening panty liner, latest clothing range or brassiere is going to change the fact that the only way to feel comfortable and confident with our bodies is by respecting and taking care of them.
Well nobody's perfect, and if you ask people how they genuinely feel about themselves, I'm sure everyone can come up with something about their body they're not happy with. For me, I think it's being top-heavy for my size. It can be embarrassing.
Kinetic, Marilyn Monroe is malused in the promotion of the larger lady. She at her largest was an American size 16 which here would have been a uk size 12 and in those days that was a 24 inch waist but for most of her life her statistics were 35-22-35. Then she was curvy now she would be skinny.
yeah, but I get continually obsessed about my body shape. Not big in the boobs dept. I envy the women with the fuller figure, honest I do. But us slimmer women never get any help in how to dress to look our best. Its not always good being slim you know
Kinetic.....The most stunningly, vivacious woman that ever walked on this planet!!! There is not a man alive who would say different......ask JFK....P.S to all, i just said i liked the number 14,nowt else.nor would i ever say anything about a womans size, fat, thin, green or pink....its what they see themselves as what counts...a person who is self confident, self assured but likes the pies,is by far more attractive than a twig with big tits who cannay stop looking in the mirror..X
