has anyone had any experience of the new Mental Health Act. in Scotland in particular the compulsory Treatment Order. and being a Named Person for a person who is in hospital.???

Try the mental welfare commission, for independant advice. Aslo try SAMH, for advocacy and advice. These names were given to me by a person who works on a mental health help line. Hope they can help.
