I had the misfortune to have to stay in Blackpool, for a long weekend, in 1996. I was at a Conference, otherwise I wouldn't have gone near the place. It was simply just awful....the only redeeming factor were the trams...everything else was 'orrible !

Years back,when we told family we were moving close to Dover

They mentioned my home town ~ how dare they. The picture that they show is of our B-listed art deco cinema. I suppose that we could knock it down and put something aesthetically pleasing but useless.
