Years ago I was required to do Jury Service but was later excused. What I want to know is, Can I be called up again in the future? I say that I can`t, am I correct?

You can be called more than once and unless there is a good reason that you can't ie a criminal record or your a muslim then you have to do it
I have been called several times for Jury duty. If you are on the electoral roll, you are liable except:

"Under Section 8 (1) of the Juries Act 1974 a person who has served or attended as a juror during a period of two years prior to the service of the summons is entitled to excusal as of right because of their previous jury service."
