Password Journal - help please?

Hi! My 5 yr old has just got her long-awaited, eagerly anticipated Password Journal. We've input her password which it seemed to accept, but you can still just open it by pressing the access button! Any ideas, please? I've looked on the Radica website but can't find more than the instructions included with the diary.

Sorry Hannah but read the reviews on Password Journals on Amazon,not good!!

Yes my daughter had one last Christmas. You need to set the security level to high. It should tell you how in the instructions. If it's set to low, you can just open it anyway.
